Throughout the year, we use feedback and insight to continually review the user experience we provide through our website.
We use this information to identify enhancements that we can make – all targeted towards improving your user experience.
Over the coming months, we’ll be regularly highlighting some of the new additions we’re launching on the site.
The change process explained
We know the Data Services Contract (DSC) change process is complex and can be difficult for our customers to navigate.
This is why we’ve introduced a breakdown of each stage of the process.
Suitable for new customers, or existing customers who may need a refresher, our breakdown includes:
- a breakdown of the end-to-end process
- a further detailed breakdown of how each step is carried out
- clarity on which organisation is responsible at each stage of the process
We’re also introducing new Change Pack response options
With next month’s Change Pack, we’ve introduced new features which will enable you to collaborate with your colleagues on a response. You can also ‘save for later’ any unfinished responses and we’ll now send you a summary of your response once you’ve submitted.
We’ll share more information on these new features closer to the next Change Pack release.
