Operating at the heart of an increasingly evolving gas industry, we’re developing a Digitalisation Strategy to align regulation, data and delivery across our data services offering.

Digitalisation Strategy roadmap 

Once our consultation closes, we'll move into the next phase of engagement and use your feedback to: 

• develop our Digitalisation Action Plan - setting out actions, owners, timescales, dependencies and key benefits 
• define clearer outcomes, measurements and KPIs
• refresh our internal Data Strategy to align with Ofgem's Data Best Practice 

During this upcoming phase, customers will have the opportunity to arrange one-to-one discussions and provide further feedback.
