RESOLVED-Gemini-GB within day auction

Background

Earlier this morning we identified an issue affecting the GB Within Day Exit Auctions for the current gas day. As a result of this issue, Shippers were unable to participate in the affected within day GB auction.

Our technical implemented a fix and expected auction capacity is now available.

RESOLVED -Gemini Exit Entitlement API

Background

We identified an issue impacting the Exit Entitlement Data API within Gemini.

Customers attempting to retrieve Exit Entitlement data via the API received an error message and were unable to access the requested information through this channel.

Progress and next steps

Our technical teams have successfully implemented a fix restoring expected performance of the Entitlement Data API. Heightened monitoring will now be in place.
