Winter consumption calc for Class 4 with AMR fitted This change will accurately calculate a Winter Consumption value for class 4 sites with an AMR fitted. For transfers of ownership, a manual calculation is performed by the CDSP. As part of this change this process shall become automated reducing the manual effort currently taking place. |

Weather API Upgrade This change will upgrade the existing Weather API to version 2 from version 1.
