Upgraded Gemini System launched 

Designed to modernise underlying architecture and enhance user experience

The upgraded system was designed to transform the legacy system by both modernising the underlying architecture to be more scalable and adaptable, and deliver an enhanced interactive experience for the customer.

Multi-year programme of work

The successful delivery of the upgraded Gemini System has been a culmination of over two years of collaboration between Xoserve, Correla, National Gas and Wipro. 

We would like to thank those in the gas industry that engaged with us during our journey, either by joining us in our programme focus groups, industry forums or have participated in the Market Trials phases. This participation has been instrumental in providing confidence of the industry’s readiness for the new platform.

Please note; now the upgraded Gemini System is in place there will be no parallel running of the legacy Gemini System, and the IX API service has been decommissioned.
