UK Link Application upgrade activities will begin tomorrow

We can confirm that all planned activities for the upgrade of UK Link applications ISU, BW, PO and AMT will begin tomorrow Friday 28 August at 9pm, with completion expected by 9am on Saturday 29 August.

This is a planned activity to ensure that we sustain these critical components and continue to provide fully supported CDSP services.

We expect standard service to be resumed within the day. Customers are not required to take any action during the outage period.

In the unlikely event that a system rollback is required, the outage window will be extended with service restoration expected by 1pm on Saturday 29 August.

Contact Management Service

During the outage window, the Contact Management Service (CMS) will be unavailable and a maintenance page will be visible to users.

Please note that Gemini services will continue to be available.
