Credit, Risk & Neutrality

The recently published information is designed to help newer market entrants understand how indebtedness, cash calls, security and balancing work.

New customer guidance that explains the work of the Credit Risk & Neutrality team and related processes, has recently been added to the website Help centre.

Aimed at newer market entrants, the fresh guidance introduces the work of the Credit Risk & Neutrality team, as well as a series of more detailed customer guidance pages that explain:

  • the credit management processes, energy balancing and neutrality
  • how Shipper (Energy) indebtedness & cash calls work
  • payment timings and escalation processes

In addition, a new Credit and Risk e-Learning package aimed at both new and existing customers, has been released.
