We are aware of an issue impacting certain customers related to Citrix following the Gemini Re-Platforming Go Live on Sunday 5th July.

We are moving forward with a resolution to these issues and working directly with those impacted.

We are also working through an urgent fix to resolve file related issues that is impacting some customers

If you are experiencing any issues and haven’t raised a ticket, please contact the Xoserve Service Desk on 0845 600 0506. We can then identify who is affected by the issue and work with you to resolve.

Citrix Upgrade: please note that there is a requirement to upgrade your Citrix Receiver to Version 7.15 or use a web browser version.  Full details are covered in this video
