Final Statement of Planning Principles for Business Plan 2025/26 (BP25)

The document has been updated with some changes based on customer feedback received during consultation on the draft version we published on 28 June 2024.

The SPP sets out the strategic principles that will guide the creation of BP25: Trust – Innovate – Deliver. It also summarises what to expect in the first draft of BP25, which will be published on 27 September 2024.
