Data Centre (DC) Exit Programme, Contact Management Service (CMS)

The Data Customer Company (DCC) Gateway will be migrated from our Legacy Data Centre to the TCS Enterprise Cloud Platform (ECP) Data Centre as part of the DC Exit programme. In addition to the migration Disaster Recovery (DR) Testing will be conducted during the migration activities.

The impact to the Industry is minimal as the migration of the PROD environment as well as DR testing to prove application resiliency this will be done in between the morning and afternoon data runs undertaken by the application.

As the DCC application only runs twice a day there is no official outage window. We will however migrate the DCC PROD instance in between the morning and afternoon data runs undertaken by the application.

As to not impact any other applications or data flows, migration dates are as follows;
Monday 5th October between 09:00 – 12:30
Tuesday 6th October between 09:00 – 17:00
Wednesday 7th October between 09:00 – 12:30

Contingency dates will be a week behind the purposed migration dates, they are as follows;
Monday 11th October between 09:00 – 12:30
Tuesday 12th October between 09:00 – 17:00
Wednesday 13th October between 09:00 -12:30
