We’re pleased to announce that Xoserve has been reaccredited by the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (CICM), achieving a 'distinction' grading and a score of 257 out of a maximum of 300.
The reaccreditation process assessed the Credit Risk and Neutrality team and other internal stakeholders against the following criteria:
- Credit Policy
- Compliance
- Customer Service
- Personal and Professional Development
- Performance Management
- Stakeholder Management
- Credit Roadmap
The reaccreditation confirms that our governance, methods and procedures are of the highest standard, and provides formal recognition of Xoserve’s commitment to quality, continuous improvement and best practice.
