    System outage information

    Daily maintenance windows

We implement critical updates during standard daily maintenance windows (see below table). This work is conducted outside of core business hours to minimise disruption, during these windows you may not be able to access our systems.

    Planned outages

We may require a system outage that falls outside of the daily maintenance window, or to a system where there is no daily maintenance window. This is a planned outage and details will be provided below.

    Known issues

If we are working to resolve a problem with any of our systems, regular updates will be provided on our Live updates webpage.

We will be performing an annual disaster recovery test activity for the MOVEit file transfer application on Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 April 2026.

This is to ensure that the application can continue to process files during an unexpected outage and ensure appropriate recovery procedures are in place to support the robustness of the service.

    Services affected during outage

The following services that utilise the MOVEit file transfer application will be affected during the planned outages:

    • MAP ID update files (MON) for Meter Asset Providers (MAP)

    • RGMA transactions from Meter Asset Managers (MAM) - REC related service

    • Flow Weighted Average Calorific Values (FWACV) Distribution Network (DN) file processing

There will be intermittent periods of outage between the below timings, during these we request that customers do not place any files via the MOVEit application.

    Disaster recovery activity timings

    MOVEit disaster recovery outage timings:

    • 11 April 2026 - 04:30AM - 06:30AM (Rollback contingency timeline is until 9:00AM)

    • 12 April 2026 - 04:30AM - 06:30AM

If files are placed and attempted to be transferred during the outage, you may receive an error message and as a result you must re-send these file(s) once the service has been restored
