Summary
The request for this Change Proposal is to ensure that there is visibility to ChMC of the changes within scope of DDP Release 5 2026/27 – this aims to provide transparency so the rationale of the priority being applied to DDP scope can be clearly understood.
Following prioritisation discussions at ChMC and with Xoserve, in release/sprint 5 (Dec2026 -Jan 2027), we intend to deliver features prioritised by customers.
The 2 XRN changes below are core features for release 5 delivery
XRN 5473 – Meter Asset Detail Proactive Monitoring Service
Shipper, Network & IGT feature
• New overview dashboard highlighting data mismatches
• New detail page to show mprn level data and to highlight data points with a mismatch
• Download ability for larger datasets
XRN 6035 – Read Performance Submission Window Enhancement
PAFA feature only
• Update to PAR report 2A.5 to show performance against the new submission window buckets
• New dashboard to show a view of the interim milestone submissions
