Summary
As part of the Data Permissions Matrix (DPM) Suppliers can access a variety of data items if the Supply Meter Point is within their portfolio. As a result, several requests have been received by Suppliers to access this information. This change Proposal is looking to develop a portfolio service to be provided to Suppliers via a Commercial Contract.
