Customer Process Day

This Process Day will cover Supply Point Administration (SPA).

We will be covering the steps and actions required in order to effectively undertake the activities and processes within SPA. We will be covering activities (such as Nominations, confirmations and updates) as well as SPA processes (such as Address Amendments and M-number creation) and how to preform some of the key tasks within each process.

Please note that while all customers are welcome to attend, this event is tailored more towards a Shipper audience.
