GRDA REC consultation responses
As the Gas Retail Data Agent, we’re sharing all our responses to Retail Energy Code consultations on this page.
We’re responsible for operating the Gas Retail Data Service
Xoserve holds multiple roles in the gas industry. Within the Retail Energy Code (REC), one of the roles we perform is that of the Gas Retail Data Agent (GRDA).
We run the Gas Retail Data Service (GRDS), which allows data to be shared between us and the Central Switching Service (CSS). This includes sending data to the CSS on Supply Meter Points in the Supply Point Register, and receiving data from the CSS around Registration information.
The Registration information we receive is associated with the Supply Meter Point data, provided by Shippers under the Uniform Network Code (UNC), to enable the Settlement process.
Our responses to REC consultations
In our role as the GRDA, we also respond to REC consultations. You can find below our REC consultation responses in one place.
