The day will run from 9:30am – 3:30pm and will include a high-level overview of the following areas:

Introduction to the gas industry, key stakeholders and an introduction to Xoserve
Introduction to a few key processes and systems
Introduction to governance and current industry headlines

The Customer Induction Day is aimed to ease new starters into the organisation and discuss some key elements within the gas market.
