Customer Expert Day

The day will run from 9:30am to 3:30pm and will consist of two parts, both aimed at those with a practitioner level knowledge (those with considerable knowledge of the gas industry):

• The first session will provide an overview of the chosen topic areas.
• The second session will feature Surgery Stations for topic areas with our Customer Process Experts. This will be an opportunity to engage in a Question and Answer session and receive responses to questions and queries in an informal space.
