Successful implementation – XRN 4627: CSSC Consequential Central Switching Services

We’re pleased to confirm that all planned implementation activities for XRN 4627 have been successfully completed over the cutover weekend (16 and 17 July).

At 9am this morning, the new Central Switching Service went live. Over the coming days, the switching requests that have been held in the run up to go live will be released. We’ll do this in a controlled manner each day, as planned between the programme and all affected customers.
