We are pleased to confirm that the implementation of Gemini Re-Platforming Project Go Live, on Sunday 5th July, was a success. All impacted systems are now live.
Reminder - Citrix Upgrade: please note that there is a requirement to upgrade your Citrix Receiver to Version 7.15 if you haven't already done so or use a web browser version. Full details are covered in this video.
Reminder - Gemini Passwords: if you have changed your Gemini password after 5pm on Friday 3rd July, it will be necessary to request a password reset through the Xoserve Service Desk on 0845 600 0506.
