Our Gemini Disaster Recovery Test is an annual activity that confirms production Gemini services can be migrated to a secondary data centre location should there be a catastrophic failure within the primary data centre.

The activity commences within the Gemini maintenance windows on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th May and requires extended system outages as follows:

Failover from the primary site to the secondary site - 15th May 2021

Standard Maintenance Window
03:15 to 04:15

Extended Outage
04:15 to 07:30

Failback from the secondary site to the primary site - 16th May 2021

Standard Maintenance Window
03:00 to 05:00

Extended Outage
05:00 to 07:30
