Every year, we conduct disaster recovery tests to ensure we can continue to operate if we encounter issues with our data centres.
This weekend, we’re carrying out disaster recovery tests on the Gas Enquiry Service (GES) and Supply Point Switching API.
You can find the dates and times of these activities below:
- Saturday 29 April – 5am until 7am
- Sunday 30 April – 5am until 7am
The Gas Enquiry Service (GES) will be available to use as normal throughout these activities
We do not expect that this activity will impact the service to users. If you do experience any issues, please raise a support request.
