Dear Customer,

As part of the DC Exit programme, Shared Components (SC) will be migrated from our Legacy Data Centre to the TCS ECP Data Centre.During the final cutover, SC will be unavailable during the following times whilst we complete essential migration activities.

How does this impact me?

During the outage window, batch jobs that are run by Control-M, one of the shared components, will be monitored and processed manually. During this period applications that utilise any part of the SC will experience delays sent or received files. Any files in transit prior to the outage will remain in a queue until the migration activities are complete. The files will then will flow as normal.

The impacted applications are; Gemini, CMS, UKLink and EFT

When will the Migration exercise take place?

As there is no specific maintenance window for SC we have chosen a time which has little impact to the dependant application.The dates and times are as follows;

Saturday 20th June 09:30 - 11:30.

What contingency dates have been agreed?

Contingency dates will be a week behind the purposed migration dates. The dates and times are as follows;,

Saturday 27th June 09:30 – 11.30.
