We are pleased to announce that the Data Centre (DC) Exit programme successfully migrated the Service Desk Plus (SD+) application, as well as successfully conducting Disaster Recovery (DR) Testing, at the ECP Data centre.
What did this include and what is next?
The activity included switching the SD+ application from a passive/active relationship to stand on one data centre independently, then to the other, before standing it back up on both sites.
Following the successful migration of the SD+ Application and conducted DR testing, the project will now be owned Technical Operations.
