We’ve published the final draft of our 2022 Business Plan
We’re pleased to share the third and final draft of our 2022 Business Plan. This document builds on the thinking we shared in our second draft, which we released in October 2021.
The 2022 Business Plan sets out our strategic priorities and budget for the financial year commencing April 2022, along with our forecasts for the following two financial years.

We have opened a consultation to gain your views on this final draft. If you have any questions about this final draft or would like to discuss any aspect, please speak to your Customer Advocate or email customerexperience@xoserve.com.
This consultation is open from Friday 3 December until Friday 10 December.
This final draft will be presented to our Board in January 2022
We will present our 2022 Business Plan Final Draft to the Xoserve Board for approval in January 2022.
Once approved, this will form the final version of our 2022 Business Plan.
