Induction to gas
An introduction to the gas industry, stakeholders, processes and systems. These training sessions are for new industry participants – and anyone who needs a refresher. Please contact the training team to find out about our next session.
Invoicing discovery
An overview of invoicing principles and processes in Britain's gas market. Please contact the training team to find out about our next session.
Expert days
The next Customer Expert day is on Tuesday 26 November from 9:30am to 3pm.
This session will cover the top rejections for the Review of Gas Metering Arrangements (RGMA), Meter Reads and Annual Quantity processes.
We will talk through and explain the top rejections as well as providing methods to help stop these rejections occurring, and advise how to avoid them in the future.
