Background We have identified an issue affecting the NTS Entry Capacity Invoice for Neutrality Charge Types REV (Revenue Share) and ARS (Adjustment to Revenue Share) Charges. Some historic invoices issued for the Revenue Share and Adjustment to Revenue Share Charge Types contained incorrect values, which has impacted a number of Shipper invoices. Progress and next steps A full review has been completed to determine which Shippers are impacted and whether an invoice adjustment is required (including its value). A number of nominal corrections will need to be applied in the form of an adjustment to correct the Neutrality Charge Types REV & ARS. Final adjustments have now been calculated and impacted Shippers will be contacted individually to outline those adjustments. These will be corrected via RTB invoices. Further updates will be provided as progress is made. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Background We identified an issue affecting locational sales trades within Gemini. Some trades were not displaying the correct status and, in certain cases, an incorrect balance position. The issue was affecting a small number of Shippers. Progress and next steps Corrections have been made for affected Shippers and this issue is now resolved. A preventative system change is now in progress. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have cause.
