Background
Following the implementation of the Central Switching Service, a Shipper is obliged to maintain details of any Supplier Alliances in accordance with the Retail Energy Code Switching Data Management Schedule 4.9 (Creation or End of a Shipper and Gas Supplier Commercial Alliance).

Please complete this form to notify the Central Data Services Provider (CDSP) of a Shipper/Supplier Alliance.
This form must only be submitted by a DSC Individual Contract Manager (ICM).
