Summary
This change seeks to allow Priority Service information submitted by Shippers to be accepted and recorded centrally for sites with an AQ >73,200 kWh.
Currently, Priority Service information is rejected and not recorded on UK Link where the Supply Meter Point has an AQ >73,200 kWh. XRN4687 which is due to be implemented as part of June 2019 release, seeks to allow Shippers to submit Priority Service information for sites with an AQ >73,200 kWh. This involves removing the current validation based on AQ for the Customer Amendment file (CNC) as well as changing the Confirmation Request hierarchy (CNF) to allow Shippers to include this information at confirmation of a Large Supply Point (LSP).
