The training sessions we run
We host a selection of training sessions throughout the year covering a variety of topics. Our training sessions are designed for all types of audiences ranging from new industry participants to subject matter experts.
Spaces for the sessions are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration details will be provided closer to the time of each session.

Induction days
New to the industry?
We provide an accessible introduction to the gas industry, stakeholders, processes and systems. These sessions are for new industry participants - and anyone who needs a refresher.

In-depth Q&A sessions with industry experts, covering the gas industry and market topics.
Process days
Our process days provide a high level overview and a deep dive into the different activities within each process.
Change awareness sessions
Throughout the year, we deliver major releases of functionality, alongside a stream of minor enhancements to UK Link.
Our change awareness sessions provide in-depth training on all changes involved in these releases. They give you an opportunity to learn more about the changes introduced, and you can also ask questions directly to our Customer Process Experts.
