Stephanie Ward - Chief Executive Officer

Stephanie (known as Steph) has spent her 30-year career in a number of business leadership roles, collaborating with customers in both private and public sectors, including a number of regulated environments.

Steph started her career in Lloyds Banking Group where she held a variety of customer and stakeholder relationship management roles across the business.

Moving to Capgemini in 2001, Steph helped the company to secure and deliver a number of complex outsourcing deals both in the UK and internationally. This included those with HM Revenue and Customs and Heathrow Airport Ltd. She also pioneered the use of collaboration agreements to align supplier behaviours to the interests of the customer.

More recently, Steph spent five years in US-based business services firm Cognizant. During this time, she negotiated a first generation IT outsource with an insurance underwriter, aligned to regulatory requirements, led the establishment of the global contract management practice and headed up the global contracting assurance and signature function for Cognizant Worldwide.
